Florence Boye is a licensed Counseling Psychologist under Ghana’s Ministry of Health and a registered member of the Ghana Psychology Council and Psychological Association. She has provided counseling support to over 7,000 youth during the COVID-19 pandemic and continues her advocacy for wellness as a counselor for CAMFED. Florence holds an MPhil in Guidance and Counseling and brings a wealth of experience in emotional support and career development to Lexville Cares.
Ernest Adofo Antwi is a highly skilled and experienced IT Officer from the University of Cape Coast with expertise in System and Web Administration, System security, Software management, IT Support with over a decade of experience working at the National Schools Inspectorate Authority. Adept at implementing IT policies, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing system performance to enhance organizational efficiency.
Elijah Acquah is a data management specialist with nearly four years of experience in research, data analysis, and reporting. He has developed tools such as WAEC’s school examination inspection system and played a key role in implementing NaSIA’s School Licensing Management Software. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Management and Analysis, Elijah drives data-driven decision-making at Lexville Cares.
A Counseling Psychologist with extensive experience in mental health advocacy, Akua supports patients and their families through therapy and coping strategies. She also trains lay counselors and engages in youth empowerment programs under organizations like CAMFED.

A legal professional called to the bar in both Ghana and Gambia, Martin Aflo holds an LLM from the University of Cincinnati. He serves as an adjunct faculty member at GIMPA, teaching Electronic Transaction Law, and works with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Martin’s extensive experience on various boards enriches Lexville Cares’ governance and compliance efforts.
Dr. Botchway holds a PhD in Creative Leadership and Change Management from the University of the Virgin Islands and is a certified non-clinical patient navigator. A cancer survivor, she brings a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise in risk and financial management, project management, and operations. With over 15 years of experience in universal banking and a background as Acting Director of Standards and Licensing at the National Schools Inspectorate Authority, Dr. Botchway ensures the success of Lexville Cares’ initiatives.
Petrina Ampiah is a qualified caterer and nutritionist, the Registrar of Apex University College (formerly Advanced Business College), and a seasoned food educationist with over a decade of experience as a School Inspector. She brings a wealth of expertise in quality assurance and healthy food inspection, as well as a strong commitment to volunteering to support cancer patients through her leadership at Lexville Cares.
